A three-part walkthrough and technical support program delivered over Zoom and live chat. Members complete the work themselves; we provide step-by-step software navigation, document review, and procedural guidance. Members must complete 70% or more of the steps to receive a certificate of completion. Live chat is reserved for enrolled members. Part 1 — Business Setup & Banking: Registering a sole proprietorship (assumed name) and DBA / fictitious name at the state level; opening a sole-proprietor commercial bank account through standard banking channels; applying for secured and unsecured commercial lines of credit; educational overview of IRS information returns (1099 series, including 1099-B); standard ACH and EFT concepts. This portion is educational and procedural — members open accounts and apply for credit through normal channels in their own name. We do not assist with credit applications and do not handle banking credentials. Part 2 — Power of Attorney: Executing a State General Durable Power of Attorney (GDPA); preparing and filing IRS Form 2848 (Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative); understanding the relationship between a GDPA and Form 2848; preparing and filing IRS Form 56 (Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship) where appropriate for a trust; maintaining proper copies and records. Part 3 — Revocable Living Trust: Drafting a revocable living trust certificate; executing the trust on the county record; walking through IRS-approved e-filing software for Form 1041 and Form 1040; reading IRS tax transcripts; communicating with the IRS in writing regarding a trust filing; awaiting any legitimate refund based on accurately reported figures; retitling tangible assets into the trust; recordkeeping practices.
