Revocable trust and tax foundation course

About

COURSE 1 — REVOCABLE TRUST & TAX FOUNDATION | LEVEL 1 5 segments × $225 = $1,125. DELIVERY MODEL: This is not a cookie-cutter self-study course. Online content explains the basics and prepares the trainee. The practical work is completed live by Zoom with a trained University Technicians specialist. The specialist reviews the trainee’s actual documents and circumstances, guides the applicable administrative/software workflow, checks the completion list, and identifies anything still outstanding. Matters requiring individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, or court advice or representation are referred to an appropriately licensed professional. REQUIRED VIDEO: “CLERKS OF COURT TRUST ACCOUNTS; New Earth Living; Trust Law studies, Sundays 5:55 EST.” Watch it from UniversityTechnicians.com/videos before the live walkthrough. The program requires full video completion before advancement. PREPARE FOR ZOOM: Have the current trust draft/copy, identification, names of the people involved, and any questions about signatures, notarization, certification, or record organization. LIVE WALKTHROUGH: The specialist reviews the trainee’s documents for administrative completeness, identifies missing information, and walks through execution/organization steps that apply to the trainee’s situation.
