To my knowledge you can send it certified mail or registered mail from your last name, first name, middle name to Legal name. General delivery to Post office nearest you.
Is it only to be put on the County record, if one wants their trust made public?
Yes. You will get a certified copy, then take the certified copy to the county recorder to be recorded on public record to give notice of status.
Open a civil court case in your county. Place all pages on your court case. Wait for 24-48 hours. Call the deputy clerk at the courthouse where you opened your civil claim. Request a certified copy of the documents you placed on your Civil Claim. Get mailed to you or go in and pick up all pages you placed on the case (It will now have the clerks seal).
Take the certified docs to county recorder, pay for each page to be recorded in your county.
This will be notice to all parties national and international and make your trust a foreign revocable trust also.
@Wallace (Ra'ahk) Louis Temple II I paid for revocable trust wasn’t given this as instructions after notary. I was told to get it notarized that was it!
