**ACTIVE MEMBER ONLY ACCESS** -Digital Member account pass register here; UniversityTechnicians.com -Check in your electronic device in to speed up the process and get an invoice and price through email. -Payment of technical service, support, and repair includes: live meetings, audio calls, and onsite support (varies on location). -A technician certified by University Technicians: "Digital Business Network" will consult, assess, coach, tutor, and instruct software and hardware solutions. -Typical services include: TV repair. tax software support, warranty service for electronics, pickup or delivery of electronics, food service & delivery, drop-shipping of goods and services, and more. -Tax support is conducted through two platforms: freetaxusa and TaxAct.com; electronic repair and support is conducted through UniversityTechnicians.com/electronics; all basic and free support is conducted by membership at UniversityTechnicians.com/members. -All appointments are prescheduled before official service. -All services are prepaid before performance. -All payments are by invoice only through e-mail. -For immediate support questions email name and phone to: Wallace@universitytechnicians.com; -Office Hours: 7am -1030pm EST; M - F; Sat & Sun (Email only). No refunds. Service credit only. For cancellation, please contact: Give at least a notice you will not come. Fees paid are non-refundable and held until you create a new appointment.
