Step 3) Wait for Approval and Invoice. Step 4) Make payment at local office.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds. Service credit only. For cancellation, please contact 8507550950 leave voice if no answer. Give at least a notice you will not come. Fees paid are non-refundable and held until you create a new appointment.
