Believing from the beginning was Belie. What is Belie?

Belief Systems after Egypt Delivery

The meeting primarily discusses religious and historical texts, focusing on the Ethiopian Bible, Book of Jubilees, and Book of Enoch. Temple leads a detailed discussion about Moses's early life and the concept of belief versus knowing in religious understanding. The group examines how the Ethiopian Bible, being 800 years older than the King James version, contains additional books and provides more detailed accounts of biblical events.

They explore the story of Moses, including new details from the Book of Jubilees about his birth, early years, and the role of Prince Mastema (a fallen angel) in opposing him. The discussion also covers the names and roles of various fallen angels from the Book of Enoch, and how their influence shaped human civilization through teaching various skills and knowledge. The participants emphasize the importance of moving from merely believing to actually knowing truth, and discuss how this relates to their understanding of religious texts and spiritual growth.

Who is Mastema?

Mastema was a powerful fallen angel who played a significant adversarial role during the time of Moses and the Exodus from Egypt. According to the Book of Jubilees, Mastema actively opposed Moses's mission by attempting to kill Moses, assisting Egyptian sorcerers in their magic, and encouraging the Egyptians to pursue the Israelites. Mastema's influence extended to Egyptian religious practices and beliefs, which helps explain why the Pharaoh strongly resisted acknowledging Yahweh and releasing the Israelites. Despite Mastema's opposition, divine intervention led to Mastema being bound and imprisoned for several days (14th-18th) to prevent accusations against the Israelites. Upon release on the 19th day, Mastema helped the Egyptians pursue the Israelites, ultimately leading to the Egyptians' destruction in the sea. Moses was born during a time when Pharaoh ordered all male Hebrew children to be killed. Hidden by his mother for 3 months, then placed in a basket for 7 days, Moses was found and adopted by Pharaoh's daughter Tharmuth, who paid his own mother to nurse him. Taught writing by his father Amram, Moses entered the royal court at age 21. After killing an Egyptian who attacked a Hebrew, Moses fled to Midian. Upon returning to Egypt, Moses confronted Pharaoh, requesting the Israelites' release for a three-day worship journey. When Pharaoh refused and increased the Israelites' workload, they initially rejected Moses's message due to their suffering.

Throughout this period, Prince Mastema opposed Moses by attempting to kill him and helping Egyptian sorcerers, but was temporarily bound to prevent accusations against the Israelites (Y'sraelites). Despite initial challenges, Yahuwah promised Moses power over Pharaoh and assured the covenant to deliver the Israelites to Canaan.
